Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. About these terms

Welcome to UN Creations.

In these Terms and Conditions, “UN Creations”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor to the website or customer purchasing from us.

These Terms govern:

  • Your access to and use of our website;

  • Purchases made through our website;

  • Standard and customized products supplied by us; and

  • Related services, including our customized-product design and approval process.

Our website is hosted using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products. Your purchase contract is with UN Creations, not Shopify.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the following policies available on our website:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Cookie Policy;

  • Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy; and

  • Shipping Policy.

If a specific written quotation or customized-product agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific written agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Business information

Our legal or trading identity, business address, and current contact information are displayed on our Contact page and provided in our order communications.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to:

3dprinting@uncreations.co.uk

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account. This includes your name, email address, billing information, delivery address, and any information needed to create a customized product.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend access to an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material breach of these Terms.

4. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.

Images, digital previews, renders, and photographs are intended to illustrate the product. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, material batches, and the manufacturing process. Any variation will not excuse a product that is materially different from its description or an approved customized design.

Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, minor characteristics inherent in 3D printing—such as visible layer lines, minor support marks, seams, or small variations in texture and colour—are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not necessarily defects.

Product dimensions may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances stated on the product page or agreed during customization.

We may improve or update a product’s non-material features without notice. We will not make a material change to an accepted order without informing you and, where required, obtaining your agreement.

5. Product use and safety

Products must only be used for the purpose described on the product page and in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided.

Unless expressly identified as suitable, our products must not be relied upon as:

  • Medical or therapeutic devices;

  • Personal protective equipment;

  • Safety-critical, structural, or load-bearing components;

  • Food-contact products;

  • Products intended for exposure to high temperatures or open flames; or

  • Toys or products suitable for unsupervised use by children.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended non-consumer or specialist application before ordering. Please contact us if you require clarification.

This section does not exclude our responsibility where a product is unsafe, faulty, misdescribed, or supplied in breach of applicable law.

6. Customized and personalized products

A customized product is a product manufactured to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you. This may include customer-specific names, wording, measurements, dimensions, models, artwork, colours, layouts, or other unique requirements.

A product will not be treated as customized merely because a standard product is manufactured after the order is placed.

Design process

For customized products:

  1. We will discuss your requirements with you.

  2. We will prepare or describe a proposed design and its relevant specifications.

  3. You must check all details carefully.

  4. We will ask you to provide clear written approval.

  5. Production will begin only after written approval and any required payment have been received.

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, dimensions, measurements, quantities, colours, orientation, layout, and customer-supplied files before approval.

Once written approval has been provided and production has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled, changed, or returned because you have changed your mind. Customized products generally cannot be resold to another customer.

A product is not defective merely because we accurately reproduced information, measurements, or artwork supplied and approved by you. This does not apply where we made the error or the product materially differs from the approved design.

Changes requested after approval may require a revised price and production estimate. We will obtain your agreement before undertaking additional chargeable work.

Customized products remain protected where they are faulty, damaged, misdescribed, unsafe, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the approved design. Further details are provided in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

7. Customer-supplied designs and content

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any text, photograph, artwork, logo, model, drawing, trademark, or other material submitted to us.

You must not ask us to reproduce material that:

  • Infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or hateful;

  • Contains prohibited sexual or exploitative content;

  • Encourages violence or illegal activity; or

  • Could reasonably expose us or another person to legal action.

We may refuse or cancel work that we reasonably believe breaches these requirements.

You retain ownership of intellectual property that you supply to us. You grant us permission to use that material only as reasonably necessary to discuss, design, manufacture, deliver, support, and maintain appropriate records of your order.

We will not use a customer’s personalized design, name, photographs, or private order details in advertising or public portfolios without permission.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property in original designs, production files, methods, and design work created by UN Creations remains ours. Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of its underlying design or production file.

8. Placing and accepting orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation or, for a customized product, when we confirm acceptance and begin the agreed design or production process.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • We cannot deliver to the supplied address;

  • Payment cannot be authorized;

  • There is an obvious pricing or description error;

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity;

  • Customer-supplied content breaches section 7; or

  • We cannot safely or lawfully manufacture the requested product.

If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

9. Prices and payment

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Prices include applicable UK taxes where required. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges will be displayed before you place the order.

You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or another secure payment provider.

Promotional offers may have additional conditions. If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that promotion.

10. Pricing and listing errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, availability information, or technical mistakes on the website.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you. You may confirm the order using the corrected information or cancel it for a full refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

11. Delivery

Delivery destinations, production times, estimated delivery times, charges, tracking arrangements, and international-delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed, we will deliver within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the product is delivered into your physical possession or that of a person identified by you to receive it. Our responsibility does not end merely because we have handed the parcel to a carrier selected by us.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional reasonable costs caused solely by an incorrect address supplied by you may be charged to you, provided those costs are disclosed and agreed before redelivery.

12. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, order cancellations, faulty-product remedies, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Standard products have a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions explained in that policy.

Customized products cannot normally be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind after written approval and the start of production. This does not affect remedies for products that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed, unsafe, incorrect, or materially different from the approved design.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption.

We may update, remove, or discontinue website features and products. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless agreed with you or required by law.

14. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, another account, or connected systems;

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code;

  • Interfere with website security or operation;

  • Scrape or extract website content in a manner that causes damage or unreasonable disruption;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Submit false or misleading information;

  • Infringe our rights or another person’s rights; or

  • Use the website to harass, threaten, or harm another person.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business, Shopify, or the website.

15. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, branding, product images, designs, videos, and layout—are owned by or licensed to UN Creations and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit, republish, or distribute our content without written permission, except where the law permits.

“UN Creations” and associated logos and designs may be trademarks or protected trading identifiers and must not be used in a way that suggests authorization or endorsement without permission.

16. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or public feedback, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, or private information.

You grant us permission to display, reproduce, and format that review in connection with our website and marketing. This permission does not extend to private customized-product files or personal photographs unless you separately authorize that use.

We may moderate or remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, the law, or a platform’s review rules. We will not suppress a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavourable.

17. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery companies, and social platforms.

A third-party website is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services that are not under our control.

Where we appoint a third party to perform part of our contract with you, this clause does not remove any responsibility we have to you under consumer law.

18. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Shopify and other service providers may process information to host the store, process payments, prevent fraud, arrange delivery, or provide related services. Details about the categories of recipients, purposes of processing, international transfers, retention, and your rights are provided in our Privacy Policy.

19. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control, provided that we:

  • Take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event;

  • Tell you about a material delay where reasonably possible; and

  • Continue performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

This section does not remove any cancellation, refund, or delivery right available under applicable consumer law.

20. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for a loss that:

  • Was not reasonably foreseeable;

  • Was caused by inaccurate information or materials supplied by you;

  • Results from using a product contrary to its description or supplied safety instructions; or

  • Relates to business activity where you purchased as a consumer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts responsibility for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Faulty or misdescribed goods;

  • Breach of mandatory consumer rights; or

  • Any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate website access where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms or are using the website unlawfully. Termination of website access does not cancel an accepted order unless we have a lawful reason to cancel it.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, and dispute resolution will continue where their nature requires them to do so.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business, technology, or legal obligations.

The version applying to an order will normally be the version in effect when that order is accepted. Later changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.

The latest version and its effective date will be published on this page.

23. Transfer of rights

You may not transfer an accepted customized order to another person without our agreement where doing so would change its specifications, delivery, or legal requirements.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organization only where this does not reduce your rights. We will notify you if a transfer materially affects you.

24. Severability and waiver

If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and consumer orders are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection available in the country or UK nation where you live.

Consumers may bring proceedings in any court permitted by applicable consumer law, including their local courts where applicable.

Please contact us first if a dispute arises so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.
