Your order is safe with us — here's exactly how it works

Every order gets a free digital proof before we print, and a remake-or-refund guarantee after. You never pay for something you haven't approved.

How do I personalise my item?

Choose your style options on the product page, then write your name/text and colour choices in the order notes at checkout. Within 24 hours we email you a digital proof — nothing is printed until you say yes.

How do I send my photo (LED panels & figurines)?

Simply reply to your order confirmation email with your photo, or email it to 3dprinting@uncreations.co.uk with your order number. We confirm receipt the same day.

Is my payment secure?

Yes — payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS certified checkout (the same system used by millions of stores), with Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards. We never see or store your card details.

How long does delivery take?

Made-to-order items are dispatched in 3–5 working days (UK). Need it faster? Add the 48-Hour Rush service. International delivery available to 40+ countries.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't right?

Tell us within 14 days with a photo — we remake it free or refund you in full, your choice. See our Returns policy for details.

UN Creations is a UK 3D-printing studio (est. 2024). Every piece is designed and manufactured in Britain by us — not dropshipped. Read our story on the About page.
