What your piece is made of — and how to keep it perfect
Everything we print is chosen for the job it has to do. Here's the honest guide.
PLA Premium (keychains, décor, figurines)
A plant-based bioplastic with a beautiful matte finish and crisp detail. Strong for everyday use.
- ✅ Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth
- ⚠️ Keep away from sustained heat above ~50°C — don't leave it on a radiator, in a parked car in summer, or in the dishwasher
- ✅ Colours are printed in the material, not painted — they don't rub off
Resin Ultra (fine-detail figurines)
Our highest-resolution material (0.025 mm layers) for faces, fur and fine features. Slightly glossy, hand-finished.
- ✅ Dust with a soft brush; avoid solvents
- ⚠️ Prolonged direct sunlight can yellow resin over years — display away from a south-facing windowsill
PETG & ABS Pro (engineering parts)
Tough, heat-resistant materials for functional prototypes and fittings. Chosen with you during quoting.
LED photo panels & lithophanes
- ✅ USB powered — any standard USB plug or power bank
- ✅ Wipe the panel gently with a dry microfibre cloth
- ⚠️ Don't bend the panels; hang using the supplied fixings
